Experion has been entrusted with an extended contract for providing outsourced product development services for a leading healthcare provider based in the US. The client, an award-winning organization, offers a comprehensive suite of behavioral health and wellness-based services such as a personalized call center service to end users through its proprietary software platform.
Under the extended agreement, Experion will offer maintenance support for the client’s software platform to address operational as well as routine maintenance tasks. Experion will also provide automated testing services to proactively address potential performance and stability issues in the software.
The initial engagement, which started earlier this year, included development of the client’s next generation software platform on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The first phase of development is now nearing completion and is expected to be ready for roll-out by the end of this year.
