We recently signed the deal with a North America based new business venture to develop a web & mobile based platform which connects end users with professional service providers. The digital platform will offer a convenient, on-demand option for end users to request for services using their mobile app or web browsers. Service providers on the other hand can access such requests and accept the request based on their availability schedule.
As part of the project, Experion will develop web and mobile versions (iOS & Android) of the application to be used by end users and service providers. Other than booking of service providers, the application will support features such as location based services, scheduling, push notifications, review & ratings, etc. to make the application unique and comprehensive. The overall solution will also include a web-based admin portal to manage the platform.
Being a new concept introduced in the market, Experion will be initially working with the client to identify all the use cases for the solution and to create a prototype. Actual development of the application will commence after this and the solution is expected to go-live by the end of first quarter of 2018.
